Acceptable Use Policy

Axion must be used for lawful, safe and honest purposes. These rules apply to every prompt, upload, image and video generated, stored, downloaded or shared through the service.

This English text is provided for convenience. The Norwegian version is the legally governing text.

1. Illegal and harmful content

You may not use Axion to generate or distribute content that breaks the law. This includes fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, support for terrorism, illegal goods and any material that exploits children.

2. Violence and graphic content

Realistic violence, torture, self-harm, animal cruelty, graphic bodily injury, or content that incites or glorifies violence against people or groups, is prohibited.

3. Sexually explicit content

Sexually explicit material, pornography and sexualised content depicting identifiable people are not allowed. Sexualised depictions of minors are strictly forbidden and are reported to the authorities.

4. Other people's face, voice and identity

You may not generate, edit or publish images or video of an identifiable person's face, body or voice without their explicit consent. Deepfakes of public figures, colleagues, customers or private individuals are not allowed, and you are responsible for being able to document consent.

5. Misleading and manipulated content

You may not use AI-generated images or video to mislead. This covers fake news, fabricated events, manipulated evidence, fake reviews, political disinformation, identity fraud and content presented as genuine documentation. Always disclose clearly that content is AI-generated when it could be mistaken for reality.

6. Copying and intellectual property

Copying or imitating other people's works, brands, designs, images or code without the necessary permission is prohibited. You must respect copyright, trademarks, likeness rights and trade secrets — including in prompts and uploaded start images.

Axion's own platform, design, model configuration and brand may not be copied, reverse-engineered or presented as your own service.

7. Privacy and identity

You may not upload personal data or portraits without a valid basis, impersonate others, dox people or process sensitive data in breach of data protection law.

8. Technical abuse

Attempts to bypass access control, credit limits, payment systems, rate limits or security mechanisms are prohibited. The same applies to automated scraping, load attacks, unauthorised vulnerability testing and distribution of malicious code.

9. Regulated areas

Content relating to health, finance, law, children, employment or other regulated areas requires separate professional and legal review. Content generated by Axion is not professional advice.

10. Copying Axion

You may not copy, clone, mirror, scrape or imitate Axion — neither the interface, design, copy, model configuration, credit system nor source code. You may not use the service to build, train or market a competing product, and you may not resell access or share your account.

Automated extraction of content, pricing, model data or media files from Axion is prohibited, including through your own script or a third-party service.

11. Account sharing and limit abuse

An account is personal. Sharing logins, creating multiple accounts to bypass free limits, reusing refunded credits, or manipulating payments and credit balances is prohibited and leads to immediate suspension.

12. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict or close accounts and cooperate with the relevant authorities in cases of serious or repeated breaches. Measures are assessed based on risk, severity and legal requirements.

For severe breaches — in particular illegal content, copying the platform or technical abuse — the account is closed immediately and without refund, and we may claim damages for any loss we incur.

13. Reporting

Suspected abuse, infringements or security incidents can be reported through the contact page. Include a link, the relevant material and a clear description so the case can be assessed.
