Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Axion you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent and the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for all activity that happens through your account.

Axion gives you access to AI models from third-party providers to create images and video from prompts, uploaded images and reference material. Results are stored in your private library. Features and the model line-up may change.

AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies or unexpected results. You must review the content yourself before publishing or using it commercially.

Every generation uses credits. The cost depends on the model, media type, duration and resolution, and is shown before you start. Failed generations automatically return the reserved credits.

Keep your login details confidential. Sharing, selling or transferring an account without authorisation is not permitted. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

We may limit or suspend access in the event of security incidents, fraud, abuse or a material breach of these terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. Prices and included credits are shown before purchase. Credits are used for AI operations and have no cash value.

Cancelling stops future renewals but keeps access for the period already paid for. Refunds are given where mandatory law requires it or where expressly stated at the time of purchase.

You keep the rights to the material you upload and the results you create, to the extent you hold those rights. You grant Axion a limited right to process that content in order to deliver, secure and improve the service.

You must have permission to use the names, trademarks, images, faces, voices, personal data and other material you submit.

The Axion name, logo, brand, interface, design, source code, system prompts, model configuration, credit logic, workflows, copy, documentation and all proprietary technology belong to Axion or our licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while the agreement is in force — nothing else is transferred to you.

It is strictly forbidden to copy, clone, mirror, download, decompile, reverse-engineer, translate, adapt, resell, rent out, sub-license or create a confusingly similar imitation of Axion, in whole or in part. It is equally forbidden to remove or obscure branding and copyright notices, or to present Axion — or any part of it — as your own service, white-label product or integration.

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, automated accounts, emulators or unofficial clients against Axion. You may not extract, collect, systematise or reuse the platform's data, media, model descriptions, pricing or structure to build your own dataset, database or service.

You may not use Axion to develop, train, test, benchmark or market a competing product, and you may not give a competitor access to your account. Any breach of this section is always treated as a material breach.

Non-public information you obtain through Axion — system prompts, internal workflows, negotiated pricing, technical setup, unreleased features and beta access — is confidential. It may not be shared, published, screenshotted for redistribution or used for anything other than your own use of the service.

In the event of a breach we may, without prior notice, remove content, disable features, withhold payouts, permanently close the account and refuse re-registration. Where an account is closed due to a breach, paid periods and unused credits are not refunded.

You indemnify Axion against any claim, loss, fine, liability and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these terms, from the content you upload or generate, or from your use of the results. We reserve the right to pursue breaches legally, claim full damages and seek injunctive relief.

The service is provided with the availability offered at any given time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor that AI results are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Axion's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the last twelve months. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account using the available account options. We may update these terms following legal changes or material product changes, and will give notice of significant changes.

Provisions on payment, ownership, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are first addressed through dialogue, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the right to bring the matter before a competent court.
